I wanted to briefly share with you today about a few foods that are amazing for our brains! When I'm adding in these ingredients to my smoothies or oatmeal, I'm thinking of giving my brain big hug and the nourishment it needs!
Remember, it's food that we eat and the lifestyle we live that are medicine— having the power to prevent, treat, and even reverse chronic diseases.
